A'o a Koa Scholarship Dinner

The 2nd Annual A ‘o a Koa Scholarship Dinner, in support of the UH Warrior Volleyball program was held on January 8, 2012 at the Honolulu Country Club The event featured a silent auction with sports memorabilia, travel, golf, hotel and event ticket packages, dinner certificates and a lot of other great items. Contribution to this event will help a significant number of local youth and current UH student athletes. Proceeds raised will be used to defray costs associated with the UH Warrior Volleyball Youth Summer Camps, thereby making it affordable and possible for local youths to attend at no cost. Proceeds will also be used to help fund the summer school scholarships for current UH volleyball scholarship student-athletes. Summer school is a vital off-season activity that allows the program to keep our athletes on track to earning their degrees while staying in the islands to continue their off-season workouts as a team.
